Project - AT&S Kulim Phase 11) Produce micro schedule for installation sequence on Mechanical system such as CDA, WWTP, RODI and scrubber. 2) Liaise with client and CSA counterpart on arranging the installation of process equipment, tanks, pipe, duct etc. 3) Assist package owner on designing pipe or duct route to suit the site condition. 4) Arrange Mock up inspection for process package system. 5) Coordinate equipment or material moving in. 6) Supervise and tracking the installation and progress of contractor. 7) Tracking all the relevant document such as MOS and JHA in order to start the physical works at site. 8) Implement safety procedure by checking the SPA and work permit on related work that involved mechanical system. 9) Coordinate any services clashes at site by using BIM as main reference. 10) Assist and coordinate for Testing and Commissioning work with sub contractor and client. For example, pump energization, cooling tower testing, air balancing work for scrubber system. 11) Support client facility team for shutdown work, prepare all the relevant tools for modification work as well as comply the clean room condition in production area.

Maintenance - Motorolla Batu Maung, 1) To handle periodic maintenance for building own by Penang Government (Innoplex Motorolla, Technocentre, Mayang Mall and SME Centre)2) Deal with authorities on building services certificate renewal such as Fire Cert, PMA and Suruhanjaya Tenaga Cert.3) Prepare board approval paper for contract renewal on comprehensive maintenance work.4) Produce technical report for major defect, shutdown, accident and any emergency event that effect the operation of building.

Project -1) CONSTRUCTION BASF PETRONAS LEMONGRASS PROJECT, GEBENG, PAHANG 2) CONSTRUCTION KLK PALMAMIDE PHASE 2, RAWANG, SELANGOR 3) CONSTRUCTION KLK POK PHASE 2, KLANG, SELANGOR 4) UTAR LAB GAS PACKAGE, SG LONG, SELANGOR 1) To supervise the progress of the project and liaise close with client on site for coordination of work.2) To prepare weekly progress reports and daily reports for the project.3) To coordinate and prepare lifting plan for heavy lifting plan (5 tons and above) and installation of large equipment such as blower, heat exchanger, dust collector and tower vessel.4) Handle testing and commissioning at site such as pressure test, humidity test, continuity test, purge test, cube test and slump test.5) To implement a practical and good environment, health and safety compliance at site.6) To monitor rectification work needed during warranty period.7) To prepare hand over document for example As Built Drawing, Operation & Manual, Testing and Commissioning Report

1) To test, commissioning and check all the systems that have been install in the vessel for example Bilges System, Genset System, Mud Tank System, Fire Fighting System and etc.2) Prepare a bill of quantity for pipe and fitting needed on each piping system for the ship.3) Supervise and coordinate worker in the installation of equipment such as pump, purifier, AHU and etc.4) Check all piping and fitting installation in accordance to approved PID.
