At Technyx, my duty is to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new market. I am assisting Technyx to acquire new customers and enabling them to facilitate their clients in an evolving industry.

PCS is a co sourcing company associated with Delta Force Paintball group. As project manager at PCS, I was serving Delta Force Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and their associate partners in South Africa from data entry to software development, from IT support to online chat support. I was also assisting their marketing team to design, develop and run their marketing campaigns. It was my duty to establish fruitful connection between Delta Force Group and PCS and maintain optimum outcome levels at PCS. My duty was based on administrative tasks, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, analysing, training, monitoring, mentoring, planning etc.

Acted as a co-ordinator and facilitator of services to tenants provided in Watford YMCA Hostel. Establishing, developing and maintaining a link with local care, health and welfare services and acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the services available for the local people in the area on behalf of YMCA. Day to day administration work and use of rent management software like Inform and Pyramid.

Worked at reception includes managing reception services, handling cash & card transactions, maintaining housing management system and providing reception services to YMCA residents, visitors and staff members. Reception services also include managing post and emails and maintaining safety and security by alarm and CCTV systems.
