Responsibilities:• Technical Administrator of SUMMIT Bank 24/7 Contact Center.• Monitor and maintain the call center operations and provide full support to call center.• Deployment of iJournal 3.3.10 Application on NCR ATMs.• ATM Deployment throughout the country for Off-site and On-site ATMs.• Remote Deployment of new Bi-Lingual transactional Screens & animations on 230 plus SUMMIT Bank ATMs.• Monitor and maintain ATM network, ATM installation, ATM related software i.e. cameras, Electronic journaling, ATM iWatch and etc.• Streamlining of ICAM Application on 100 plus NCR ATMs.• Monitor and maintain the Internet banking services, i.e. Web version and Mobile version.• Monitor and maintain the connectivity with other networks i.e. 1link, Epay, GPM , Ufone and etc• Co-ordinate with Branches and Vendor for the resolution of ATM issue / problems.• Provide 1st level support to branches and concerned department for ADC related complaints and issues.• Provide full co-operation and support to ADC operations team.• Resolving complaints related to ADC Services.• Perform IAT & UAT for any new induction of service in ADC department• Manages backups and versions of applications software.• Worked closely with Project Manger on Mobile Banking (SMS Based) to provide financial & non-financial services like Bill Payment Balance Inquiry, Mini Statement and Mobile Recharge Services.• Worked closely with Project Manger on Internet Banking with the distinction to provide value added services like Card Management, Cheque Management etc.• Worked closely with Project Manger on Dolmen Card Project and Prepaid Card Project.• Complete ADC channel migration to DR after fire incident at primary office.
