• Worked on Husky Injection Molding Machines(72, 96 cavities)• Relocation of Husky Hypet 300.• Relocation of Husky Hypet 300 all accessories( Dryers, Chiller, Cooling tower, Air Compressor)• Installation and commissioning of Husky HPP 400, 96 cavities machine.• Installation and commissioning of resin Dryer, Mold Dryer, Coolpik Dryer, Process Chillers and Cooling towers for Husky HPP 400 machine.• Trouble shooting of all electrical, instrumentation related problems for quality production.• Timely checking and troubleshooting of process and mechanical related issues.• Preventive maintenance (weekly, monthly) planning and execution of Husky machines to reduce down time.• Preventive maintenance planning and execution of all accessories(Dryers, chillers and air compressors)• Daily basis checking of process parameters for quality product.• Weekly basis checking of closed loop and open loop of process water and chemical dosing to prevent mold from damage.• Timely ordering of parts for annual maintenance of all Husky Machines.• Ordering of spare parts of Resin Dryer, Mold Dryer, Coolpik Dryer for annual maintenance.• Placing spare parts orders of Air compressors, chiller and cooling towers for annual maintenance.• Execution of Short neck preform project with Husky IM team, 48gm to 47 gm, 44 gm to 41.5gm.• Daily base stock checking for change over plannings.• Daily basis check on raw material required for preform production.• Timely ordering of raw material i.e. Resin, Color, packing material etc.• Monthly stock count reconciliation.• Improvement of SLE of Injection Molding by reducing down time.• Energy and water saving projects execution.• Efficiently getting results on given KPI’s.Also have good hands on KRONES and KHS machines.
