• To Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations of organization.𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:• Manage the Daily attendance of the staff.• Prepare Daily Sales Report.• Estimate the needs of each store location.• Work with the store's management to solve conflicts.• Coordinate with HR for staff Pay and holiday’s approval.• Make arrangements for delivery of stock to the stores.• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and termination activities.• Assist in Annual Stock taking of the stores.• Constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss.
