Key Responsibilities: -• Oversee the pigging process to ensure effective cleaning and inspection, optimizing flow efficiency and identifying potential issues.• Supervise sleeve welding operations, ensuring proper techniques are used for integrity and safety of pipeline joints.• Monitor Ultrasonic Testing (UT) activities to assess the thickness and integrity of pipeline walls, ensuring compliance with safety standards.• Maintain accurate records of pigging, welding, and testing activities for quality assurance and future reference.• Implement scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend operational life.• Follow established procedures for calibrating pressure gauges, pressure transmitter to ensure accurate readings.• Keep an inventory of essential replacement parts to reduce downtime during maintenance.• Conduct a pipeline incident, including spills, leaks, theft clamp and equipment failures.• Communicate and coordinate with landowners and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure compliance.• Regularly clear vegetation of ROW to prevent interference with pipeline operations and reduce fire hazards.• Conduct inspections to identify encroachments, erosion, and other potential issues affecting pipeline integrity.• Conduct thorough risk assessments before maintenance activities to identify potential hazards.• Ensure all workers are equipped with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).• Regularly monitor HSE practices and conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.• Maintaining history records of all maintenance activities in SAP to ensure transparency and accountability.• Managed work orders and SAP ordering processes, enhancing workflow efficiency and optimizing resource allocation
