- Entrusted to present product consultation and deliver BMW Models to VIP customers and Royalty.- Support marketing department by creating video to promote on BMW Models. - Successfully present the new BMW Model in front of 500 audience members at the Malaysia Autoshow 2023 event in MAEPS Serdang. - Piloted BMW Electric Vehicles workshops to potential clients every month to enlighten them on the benefits of electric vehicles. - Upsell and promote the sales campaign to the customers. - Actively assist customers to solve problems with the BMW operating system and technical issues. - Provide technical specification and features to the existing and potential BMW customers.- Conduct technical and product training to the sales team.

- Involve in procurement process and negotiate to reduce current price in developing WRP system.- Entrusted to design and monitor overall progress for (WRP) for a plant with recycling capacity 100m3/day which costs until RM 330,000.- Dealt with suppliers/vendors for stations equipment and all costing items. - Supported the project manager in the weekly maintenance resulting in ZERO downtime since the beginning of the project. - Actively participated in the procurement process and successfully negotiated 28% lower price for filters than the average market prices.- Monitored FAT, SAT and commissioning for WRP project.- Successfully designed pre-filters used in the project with capacity of 100m3/day.- Prepared technical reports for clients’ reference.
