With a BBA degree from UniKL, I joined Petron Corporation as a Station Supervisor in 2021, where I managed daily operations, inventory, and customer service for two years. I gained valuable experience in the oil and gas industry, as well as skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication.In 2023, I became an Assistant Manager at MSU, overseeing the university examinations, preparing exam timetables, and resolving exam questions and issues. I ensure the quality and integrity of the assessment process, and I collaborate with faculty and staff to deliver efficient and effective services. I am also an Instructor and a Facilitator for various camp, retreat, and tour programs, where I coordinate and execute events that meet each client's unique objectives, ensure the safety and engagement of participants, and deliver high-quality teaching and activities. I have facilitated events for schools, companies, and tour agents, covering topics such as sciences, geography, soft-skills, team-building games, crafts, and business competencies. Through this role, I have developed skills in customer relationship management, team building facilitation, time management, problem-solving, and communication. I am passionate about creating meaningful and memorable experiences for my clients and participants, and I am always eager to learn and improve my curriculum and programs.
