As a software engineer working on the real-time, high performance, low latencyGeneos monitoring system, my primary role has been maintaining mission criticalplug-ins used to monitor key aspects of the client’s software landscape. I was responsible for writing a suite of application usingobject-oriented programming in Visual C++ and QT framework capable of inspectingand conducting device color production capability tests for (Scanner, printer, monitor). Device characteristics for writing color profiles were used for color management in the operatingsystems. It involved research in the field of color science design and development of acolor management suite using visual C++, QT and Microsoft ICM 2.0 APIs.
