• Manufacturing high-quality custom Oligonucleotides through a high-throughput MFG lab, following SOPs. Daily operation of robotic and traditional laboratory equipment (thermocyclers, spectrometers, Next Generation Sequencers, Bioanalyzers, etc.)• Daily use of molecular biology and molecular engineering techniques such as PCR, DNA Quantitation/Purification, Bacterial transformation, Plasmid Ligation, Plasmid MINI prep. • Maintaining thorough, accurate and detailed documentation of all work produced in batch records.• Working in an ISO, GMP, LEAN mfg environment and following the lean manufacturing concepts.

Served as project manager for a capstone project involving reducing waste-water costs at the Tulare plant through various solutions such as filters and optimizing flow rate as well as chemical dosing mechanisms. Successfully reduced waste-water costs by about 20%.

Research fellow, working under PI Roberto Andresen Eguiluz as a part of the center for cellular and biomolecular machinery to quantify cell-extracellular traction forces using various techniques such as Traction Force Microscopy (TFM) as well as Fluorescent microscopy.

Worked with Dr. Roberto Andresen Eguiluz and Dr. Arvind Gopinath to create polyacrylamide hydrogels of varying stiffnesses to measure cell traction forces. I was responsible for fabricating the Polyacrylamide hydrogels used in the research as well as analyzing the forces created by the Lung Fibroblast Cells through a MATLAB platform, along with pre-analysis work with the ImageJ platform.

Conducted literature review of Lung Fibroblast cells, polyacrylamide hydrogels, Traction Force Microscopy, Cell Culture techniques, general lab safety, and etiquettes.
