International Business – Financial Institutions• Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationship with correspondent banks to facilitate Cash, Trade and Treasury transactions.• Represent bank in the secondary market, actively purchase as well as distribute trade assets.• Manage portfolio of local Guarantees issued at the request of foreign banks• Managing relationship with multilateral organizations such as IFC and ADB• Responsible for managing FI revenue, negotiating & establishing income sharing structures with Correspondent banks• Monitor and manage the trade and treasury business with correspondent banks.FI Risk & Reporting• Responsible for carrying out financial analysis of the FIs relationships, proposing and establishing Treasury and Trade limits.• Monitor and reporting cross border exposures for quarterly Risk Management Reports• Conducting macroeconomic and industry analysis on semiannual basis.• Present global trade business report to the Senior Management to aid bank’s strategic decisions.International Business – Expansion• Identify international markets with potential opportunities and recommending for future expansion.• Preparing detailed country and banking sector reviews, business plans, feasibility, financial projections; addressing financial, tax & compliance etc. issues.• Performing due diligence on other Financial Institutions that are made available for acquisition.• Handling License Application process for overseas expansion.• Coordinating with various divisions within the Bank for preparation & finalization of Policies & Procedures, Forms, Stationary, IT systems, SWIFT etc.International Business – Representative Offices (“ROs”)• Preparation and Implementation of Annual Budgets & obtaining necessary budgetary approvals from SBP• Finalization of Annual Business Plan and ensuring its implementation through active monitoring of the performance in terms of new RMAs, MRPAs, Business Turnover & Reciprocity.

• Interviewing debtors to assess their financial situation & explaining financial information.• Negotiating new payment schedule for debts on behalf of clients & helping the debtors plan & manage their budgets.• Dealing with & advising debtors with Bankruptcy & IVA procedures.• Coaching the newly recruited staff & undertaking the duties of team leaders in their absence.• Performing administration duties which include accessing & updating all relevant systems with debtor information, completion of documentation to resolve disputes/payments queries.• Keeping up to date with financial legislation.

• Responding effectively to inbound and making outbound calls with pre determined targets in terms of quantity and quality standards.• Maintaining records and information systems.

• Directly working with customers to secure new business relationships through analyses of needs and provisions of SME.• Acquire profitable new accounts monthly through creation, development and maintenance of high quality relationships.• Constant contact with customer for business development & responding to day-to-day credit related issues/requests.• Maintaining average calls and conversion per week targets.• Call plans and memos to be collated and submitted every week to the team leader.
