Installation / erection of mechanical equipments centrifugal pumps, motors, actuator motors, mechanical valves, electronic control valves, on coal gasification plants and coal fired boilers.Testing & troubleshooting of centrifugal pumps, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and all types of valves.Responsible for all types of maintenance of plant equipments and valves repair and also hydro testing of the different joints, which belongs to welding and rebuild the lines.Review each valve, pump and any plant equipment coming to the workshop to identify and plan work scope.Ensure all workshop activities are completed on time and within budget.Operation & Maintenance planning for first time startup, production, standby, and shut down modes of operation, scheduled, unscheduled plant maintenance.Preparing daily technical reports for plant working and efficiency.Planned & tracked project support to design, process, and sale teams.Presented weekly & monthly reports defining project progress, issues, bottlenecks and solutions.
