Project*Successfully completed Rs.2 billion Expansion project of building a Service Center facility. Engaged in FEED, plant design, machines selection, planning and execution.*Lead the green field project as project manager. Was responsible for managing the cross functional team, prepared weekly progress for the CEO, the budget and financial control, planning and execution.* Contract management, erection and commissioning.Operations*Leading the operations of 3 plants which include Continuous Galvanizing, Slitting and Cut to length.*Involve in developing strategies to maintain the competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:1- Responsible to initiate and develop the LEAN and TPM team, identify the wastes and workout to eliminate or reduce with engineering controls and RCA.2- To Re-design the Inventory management system and study the possibilities to apply effective FIFO system.3- To deliver and meet the production targets with quality, and keep the process and equipment in healthy state (using 5S and TPM).4- To ensure consistent product delivery to USA and continue to meet the customer demand and expectations for the complete product range.5- Workout with marketing for developing and meeting customer requirement in various sectors such as Automotive, which is highly cautious to quality and packaging.6- To study and transform the complete packaging for International Steels limited with cost effective solutions and meeting standard for International and Local consumers.

Project• Lead the color coating line project from feasibility to pricing and payback evaluation.• Worked closely with paint supplier AkzoNobel for developing strategies over paint supplies.• Design Study and operational needs assessment with consultant in UAE.• Developed project plans and material requirement from local vendors.• Worked closely with other engineers and project team to ensure meeting deadlines.Operations • Manages the plant’s operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.• Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.• Work in KAIZEN teams and to develop TPM culture to sustains and improve Reliability.• To workout Lean Implementation and Wastage reduction strategy.Maintenance• Development of TPM culture to sustains and improves reliability, plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation.• Development of Pareto Chart of Defects and Downtime.• To study the problems and finding the Root Cause after analyzing all the factors involved.• To develop preventive maintenance plans with execution strategy and shutdown plans.Process Quality• Control plan formation and implementation with complete analysis of system variations and its controlling parameters.• To construct an FMEA for identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting potential failure modes.

• Production Planning and monitoring of day to day targets as per standards.• Ensuring the Product and Process Quality and to find methods for reducing waste.• To monitor the trends in terms of Total Downtime due to different issues and suggest corrective actions after doing the analysis and Root Cause.• Monitor wastages and consumables like Zinc, Azal-10, Lead, and Chromate.• Product quality management as per JIS Standards to be followed and monitored.

Responsibilities in Project:To create WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for planning of activities and tracking of progress. Working as HVAC Design Engineer, my scope of work is as under,Load calculations using HAP software, duct sizing, pipe sizing, making of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Engineer's cost estimate, DQP (design Quality plan) and Design Criteria. PROJECTS:Heating Design of a building in Attock using Hydronic heat distributing units (Radiators).
