Handling a team of 12 people which is working on to improve a Machine Language AI algorithm for better accuracy of detection model by doing human labelling reviews on a set of data source and feeders.My duties and responsibilities are to manage, stabilise and improve operation wise for the team to a better revenue output and further analysis OR reporting while working closely with The Client’s Engineering team for any adjustments or improvements needed.

Part of the support team handling a client project which is under a (US Based Project from Globally recognized multi-billion dollar company who is also Top 3 companies to work for), responsible to manage the team operation and maintain work quality level of associates within the team itself.

Working for Client: Accenture, Malaysia which is under a (US Based Project from Globally recognized multi-billion dollar company who is also Top 3 companies to work for). Responsible for reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of the Client’s terms of services. My duties and responsibilities is to understand client policies and guidelines Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures Review documents in ENGLISH language and CHECK whether is it GOOD or BAD Content to view it in Public Forum or Social Media. IF contents are BAD then got to BLOCK or REMOVE it for further analysis OR reporting.

Handling data work for WiFi team such verifying/updating information services, UAT for wifi@unifi, housekeeping AP/Backhaul lists, verifying & updating wifi@unifi APs in iFoundit interface app.

Working under technical support for various common and high paying customers (SDZ & DDZ). Provide simple technical solution and repairs (modem config/TM Exchange/DP/Fibre patch) in solving networking problems throughout residential and office areas.
