I have 13 years of experience in retail, Sales ,customer service. Start from a Sale promoter and now i am a branch manager.Graduate in 2009 from University technology Mara, i have been working from one basic duty that just doing sale and now I'm managing a branch that have responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, growing the location's revenues and oversee the performance of other employees who work in their branches.Retail, customer service, finding new clients or Sales, managing branch is my life.
