>ensuring and overseeing quality improvements in psychosocial support interventions for PLWD, Women and girls survivors, adolescent girls whom are directly or indirectly affected by the humanitarian crisis in Yobe state (Gashua LGA).> assisting and mentoring of community based PSS facilitators in providing necessary intervention to the women and girls in the WGFSS.> Travelling to project sites on regularly bases to monitor and overseas PSS activities with close collaboration with the SRH HUB in the WGFSS.>In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to >working outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly were needed.>Providing technical specialized PSS services were necessary to complex GBV cases to women and girls, PLWD and survivors of GBV.>Providing programmatic training to Community Auxiliary social workers and PSS community workers on PFA, PSS, MHPSS in GBV programming. >Providing services for GBV survivors, counseling, PFA, PSS, referral for MHPSS for survivors of GBV.>Supervising activities in the safe space (Empowerment activities skills acquisition recreation).>Overseeing the activities of the WGFSS.>Disseminates information on the following key themes, GBV, Types of GBV, consequences of GBV, services available, Non stigmatization and guiding principle of GBV prevention, mitigation and response.

>Support with data collection based on the program requirements and as directed by the assigned supervisor.>Identify respondents based on the field survey target population.>Collect and enter responses accurately into the data collection tool.>Comply with data collection and management ethics by ensuring confidentiality of the information given by the respondent(s).>Document challenges encountered with data collection exercise and give feedback to supervisor.>Ensure proper use of data collection tools and other equipment used for the assigned activities.>Check data collected for accuracy and reliability before submission.>Use Information Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) applications for data management as recommended by supervisor.>Participate in field briefing before and after activities in the field.>Data entry and storage of information to a computer system as assigned by the supervisor.>Submit all materials obtained during field activities or while collecting data to the supervisor.>Support with focus group discussion sessions in the field when necessary.>Ensure accountability and transparency as practicable as possible while carrying out duties.>Take on any other assigned legal responsibilities as required by the program.
