Responsible for implementation of operational policies, procedures, applications, systems, databases, prudential regulations and others instructions / guidelines circulated from time to time, through AOMs in branches. Ensure monitoring and execution of KYC / AML policy and procedures.Maintain strong coordination and liaison with peers to ensure effective discharge of their duties. Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of regional level implementation / change plans.Conduct visit of branches to review AOMs and banking operations activities / control environment and to identify gaps and to work for the mitigation through strong follow up made with AOMs and branches. To monitor that irregularities are rectified and to avoid repetitive non Compliance in future.Liaison with branches & IAD during audit process and ensure follow-up with branches for closure and non-repetition of observations.Supervise and manage AOMs. Assist & coordinate in recruitment process and fill the operations position in a timely manner.Ensure resource planning in all locations of region with respect to branch working.Build capacity of AOMs and branch operations staff for improved employee performance.Carry out periodic coaching sessions, extend technical guidance / support to AOMs and branches in banking operation in day to day matters to meet emerging needs and mitigate operational risks.Coordinate with Head Office & set SMART annual goals for AOMs and Branch operations staff and assist in evaluation of annual appraisal based on set goals.To ensure the high standards of improved Audit Rating of Branches, regular monitoring and action plans for the enhancement of Audit Ratings.Ensure timely reporting of any incidence of fraud & forgery and operational loss. To build the efficient service quality standards of customer services in execution of operational tasks/services at branches.Core Banking System (Temenos T24) Implementation and training in branches.

Conduct regular visits of Area Branches to ensure customer service standards are maintained &issues/queries related to Branch Banking Operations are properly logged & resolved. Provideguidance/support with regard to policy / procedures / prudential regulations to Branch Operations Staff.Core Banking System Project (Temenos T-24) Implementation and Training:To participate in requirements gathering of product/process walkthroughs and tointeract with the relevant teams to gather specification details. Ensure to timely submituser requirements on standard templates. Ensure to provide department wise productsand other related information i.e. Liability, Assets, MSME, Back end processing etc.necessary for Core Banking System.To perform migration related requirements analysis and to perform end-to-endcleansing activity. Ensure to verify migration outputs by migration strategy document,and to verify data during the mock and actual migration.To execute and perform overall User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SystemIntegration Testing (SIT), and supervise execution of the relevant scripts. Ensure to re-execute UAT defects and report results of the same.Assist in making training schedule, post-training user satisfaction/ feedback reports forbranch staff along with supporting evidences, infrastructure arrangements for trainingand identifying the team to be trained.To participate in trainings imparted by project team/ consultants and in the Train theTrainer program.Execute trainings at branch levels and regularly coordinate with branches for hands onexercises.Provide valuable feedback and highlight gaps in applied processes, procedures andguiding principles of the project, and complete all additional relevant tasks assigned byline manager.

Prepare annual business plan, set realistic and achievable targets with deadlines for branch staff, regularlytrack and review performance. Identify potential customers for asset and liability products and developbusiness to achieve sales targets and cross sell.

Manage branch banking operations, supervise workflow of Operations Officer (Account, Client Services & Cash) and ensure proper functioning of all systems & facilities. Ensure Branch achieves Customer Service Benchmarks for Branch Banking Operations.

Preparation and submission of hard core accounting documents identify accruals, prepayments. Preparefund flows projection for branch disbursement and operating expenses.
