It inspires confidence and enthusiasm by signalling the birth of a new era of hope and joy through our work.Bursting out of the blocks, Qara Rosa opened Viva O Samba 2019, Singapore’s biggest Samba festival, which featured the likes of MOTUS, SAmbiesta, New Stream Brass Band, and SMU Samba Masala.
