1. Co-ordinate the responsibilities of Team Internal Verifiers / Moderators to meet Centre Approval (CoP Para 6-19) TOS 32. The curriculum area HoF takes responsibility for ensuring that each programme has sufficient Assessors and Internal verifiers to support the programme (CoP Para. 4)3. Regularly review time allocated for assessment and internal verification duties against the balance of other duties undertaken by the Internal Verifier TOS 24. Ensure cross-scheme uniformity in the applications of activities from course approval to internal verification by ensuring teams hold regular Assessor and IV standardisation meetings / activities (CoP Para.13)5. Ensure Programme teams: TOS 2• Keep a list of assessor, Internal Verifiers, their status and Assessor to Candidate allocations • Check and validate CVs / certificates to ensure appropriate experience as required by Awarding Body, and NTO Assessment Strategies (where available)• Keep copies of CVs and D or A & V units certificates on file (CoP Para. 41 )• Meet regularly with the Programme Internal Verifiers to discuss any issues6. Induction for new and unqualified Assessors/Internal Verifiers must contain: a) training needs analysis b) Development Plan and / or c) Personal Action Plan for each team member (CoP Para. 41 & 44) TOS 27. Ensure each team member is issued with a set of information and support materials in relation to the standards being verified and the NVQ Code of Practice (CoP Para. 41)8. Unqualified Internal Verifiers / Assessors have a realistic target date to achieve the ENTO unit, and monitoring of their progress (CoP Para.41 & 50)9. Ensure Internal Verifiers provide a mentor / buddy for new and unqualified Internal Verifiers and Assessors (CoP Para. 49)10. Report to HoF/D and HR requirements for professional and industrial updating and development for all IV’s and Assessors, and records,
