ABOUT DESIGN: I deal with every customer, show him the new designs . I give them suggestions according to the trend and their requirement. I describe the technical matters to the customer. I lead the creative and technical Design teams. I give HD research to the creative team, giving them ideas to make the designs and instructing the technical team about the technical matters of production. I hired internee level persons at Hunbultex and trained them, now they are working quite well.ABOUT PRINTING: I got training of the Printing machine from the MS Italy (JPK evo), that machine was exhibited in MEGA TECH Expo Center. I guided work method for the Digital Print Department from Production Planning up to Software Mach Print operation and machine operation. Thus, managed a whole team that operates the machine now.
