An engineering graduate from Dawood College of Engineering & Technology (NED University), Karachi. I started my engineering career in 1998, when I joined Avanceon as a trainee engineer, in the Engineering Department and quickly trusted to work on several critical projects. During the past 22 years, has developed significant expertise across key verticals including Oil & Gas, FMCGs, Power, Cement, Sugar and other process industrial sectors, including Building Management Systems. After doing several projects, moved to Karachi office (South Region) in April 2006 as an Engineering Manager, after company’s recognition of application engineering and experience in project management, and tasked with establishing a skilled & a vibrant engineering operation team to develop the regional business. By 2010, took over responsibilities for the entire region becoming Regional Manager, and as a first winning an innovative and secured complete DCS project from Pakistan Refinery Limited, in the role. Continued to grow the business with successful projects from Shell, Chevron, UEP Pakistan, Unilever, various distilleries and a landmark ISOM safety project from PRL in 2014. Very well connected across all industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Refineries, Oil Marketing companies like Chevron, Shell, Hascol etc…, FMCGs, Sugar Industry, Distillery and Cement, and combines this strong network with complete knowledge of plant and industrial application-based solutions. Well known for relationship-building skills with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and has added valuable business segments to the South Pakistan operations, especially Tank Gauging Systems, which opened a new market for Avanceon in Terminal Automation. Got entry in Shell & Chevron, and made Avanceon the only choice as an Electrical & Automation company to work with. Going any further, Gas Stations were explored, which has become the powerful business vertical for Avanceon “Retail Business”. During mid-2017, I was given the opportunity to develop Building Automation Business countrywide, resulted in the closure of Gold Crest (Iconic Mall & Residencies Project), beating all the experienced players in the market.
