Head of Main Woven Business - Main Woven, Outerwear Denim & Accessories Global Management Services Ltd., which is the regional sourcing liaison office of P&C i.e. Peek & Cloppenburg KG based in Düsseldorf, Germany. P&C is an international chain of fashion department stores with 200+ stores across 17 countries in EU, which is retailing high to midrange designer and own-brand fashion apparel for men, women, teens and kids.Accomplishments:Currently oversee the management of the entire supply chain from design, product development, merchandising, sourcing, quality management, technical, logistics and customer service formain woven & outdoor business. Built up a multifunctional highly skilled 11 members vertical team, market intelligence and strong vendor base for sourcing strategy, benchmarking and negotiation principle and processes, follow all policy and procedures, keeping a constant vigil on the possible risks of business execution in pre-/production management and maintaining and constantly upgrading Quality Assurance & Compliance issues. Developed an integrated practice to advice, present and coach international buyers and local suppliers on product requirements, material innovation, market trends, competition and demand. Achieved agreed business targets with respect to profit margins. Minimize outstanding claims. Created in house resources library and database.

Accomplishments:Leading and controlling the team for product development, sourcing & merchandising from a new inquiry till after sales feedback from end consumer including all sealing process for main woven, outerwear , denim and accessories. we work collaboratively with European buyers and the corresponding teams in Hong Kong. Turkey to Identify and communicate trends and to ensure efficiency in product & business development, also to suppliers.Negotiated key dates; establish and lead calendars. Lead, coached & developed the teams to ensure high efficiency.Maintained suppliers performance to ensure excellent order management & production tracking.

Accomplishments:Being a Team head of Product Development and Merchandising, I led & guided entire team in product development and Merchandising for customers like Jennyfer, Jacqueline Riu, Orchestra, Castro, Alcott Lefties, Izod, Conbipel,Little Big Jeans(LTB),Pacsun and Guess etc . In addition, I was Involved in planning, trend research, idea conceptualization and presenting line and collection to the customers that led me to make a positive impact on the business.

Tusuka is one of the leading denim producers in Bangladesh , is in garment business since 1997, started as a buying house named “texel” focusing only the woven market. Now Tusuka has the washing capacity of 75,000 pcs per day, with total 48 sewing lines specialized in denim garment making.Accomplishments : Being product developer and mechanding had to dual role. The customers that was introduced in TUSUKA from our team effort is PVH, INDITEX( ZARA -TRF) WE , TARGET AUSTRALIA, MAC, AUCHAN SYNERGY, NEXT and M&S

After having a successful Training of 06 months I promoted as Merchandiser. Later on I had been promoted to Team Head. It was a solid ground to be introduced with EU , Latin American and African market with a versatile product group of Main Woven-Tops/Bottoms, Knitwear and a small range of Light outerwear. I run a team of 04 members and created a platform for business where products were the key to support several fast fashion retailers and helped to add new European fashion brands in company portfolio.
