- Supervised environmental conservation aspects and ensure the fulfillment of environment conservation performance above 90%.- Coordinated and collected documents from operational departments (Plantation, Nursery and Harvesting) and support departments (Planning, Water Management, HR-GA, social, etc.) for the purposes of SMK3, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, PHL-VLHH, IFCC, and SGLS certification.- Mobilized Concession Areas, rehabilitation and restoration of protected areas such as Germplasm Conservation Area, Wildlife Conservation Area and Peat Dome Peak, and monitoring key species of Sumatran Elephants.- Became a part of Health Safety Environment Department in which accustomed with activities such as Safety Induction/Training for employees and contractors, Risk Analysis, Domestic Waste Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Quality Monitoring (Water, Soil and Air Pollution), Disaster Mitigation/Conflict, Safety Patrol, General Inspection, and Internal Audit.
