Started with rebranding the 50 years old family business by initiating a new logo and new business card.Built the company first social media presence in Facebook and Instagram. Also, operating the account on day-to-day basis which include tasks such as: status update, uploading new photo, communicating with potential customers. Achieved first milestone by generating sales from our Instagram profile.Created new accounting framework to track our monthly sales and our inventory. The new framework allows the business to have a better decision making process amid gold price uncertainty.Improved customer relationship management by utilizing communication platform such as Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram.Fixed the business supply chain management problem by establishing clear communication with outsourced goldsmith.Drives the company sales by becoming the primary salesperson. Overseeing the daily operations of the company.In 2019, currently building the company website with a target to establish an integrated online shopping experience with Indonesia's E-commerce marketplace.

Tasked to improve GE campus and social branding. 1- Submitted award nomination at HR Asia Recruitment award 2017 under two categories: - Best use of recruitment technology - Best graduate recruitment program GE won second place under both categories2 - Part of GE campus team in which contribute to career talk held at Heriot Watt University Malaysia3- Secured a partnership between GE and Monash Entrepreneurship Club (independent student body) in improving GE brand presence in Monash Malaysia campus4- Second in contact between GE and mass communication students from INTI college in a project to produce corporate videos. Managed to produce 12 videos in total.5- Managed company Facebook page at GE ASEAN Careers and first time the page being managed in-house (previously being outsourced).Tasks include: 1-Producing report framework 2- Content creation 3-Editing 4-Coordinating with teams from Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
