 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.  Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.  Monitor progress of major shipments to ensure receipt. Bench marked, analyzed, reported on, and made recommendations for the improvement and growth of the OPS infrastructure and systems. Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress Develops and conducts various training instructions for system users on new developments.  Supervise, coach and train staff when the task does not meet the Standards. Relate all new or revised policies, procedures and /or processes to team members to ensure they have the most up‐to‐date and current information.

• Supervise all daily and weekly DP/ IT procedures, report directly to Area Business Head.• Accurate and timely data Feeding, Communication and timely generation of invoices & MIS• Timely billing & accurate Courier's incentive and update on software changes• Retains regular Backups and forward to safe premises and Server maintenance • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.• Assign DP Staff daily jobs and check lists, train them on all needed theoretical and practical procedures, trouble shooting and support with in corporate standards.• Claim suppliers for any Software/ Hardware conflicts.• Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view. Develop and adapt any ideas that bring DP services to higher level.• Develops and conducts various training instructions for system users on operating systems, relational databases and other applications.• Support Administration in procurement of Electronic & Electric Instruments and Mega installation of Electric equipment’s and maintenance.
