Organizing & Directing the event based on approved Proposal.7. Handling Executive Communications such as creating BOD presentation, Speech Script, Talking Points, social media which derives from Company’s Visions & Missions, Executive Values and Executive Brands.8. Work closely with several Business Units, Departments and all Branches across Indonesia related to event implementation.

As Personal Assistant to Ambassador, the scope of my duties encompass me to manage several task such as:1. Managing the Ambassador’s activities both inside and outside embassy environment such as arranging the trip schedule or liaising with all staff of all agencies in regard with Ambassador’s diary or appointments.2. Screening phone calls, visitors, letters and making correspondence in English (e.g., speech notes, presentation etc.)3. Coordinating and distributing all classified & unclassified material in & out of the office.4. Making a photo documentation during the visit of Ambassador to Namibia Parliamentarians & Officials. 5. Managing the needs from Ambassador’s residence, and other duties as requested.

Conducting coverage regarding the activities in the events by taking a photograph and publish all of the photos during the events on the website.
