Settlement of Money Market Deals through RTGS. Settlement of Shares through NCCPL.. Settlement of PIB’S & T-Bill auction. Prepare Coupon letters PDO & Challan of PIB’s. Prepare T-Bill and PIB Maturity Settlement. Reporting to CFO regarding daily shares portfolio. Review Account Opening of IPS accounts & COI Deposit accounts. NAB reporting. Maintain IPS Clients Data. Maintain COI Clients Data To Prepare Daily Treasury Settlement transaction relating Government Securities/TFCs/Shares. Reporting to Head Settlement regarding daily activity of money market deals. To reconcile the SGL account with our book (PIB/T-BILL) Prepare PIB’s& T-Bills Commission. Prepare Daily Repo, Rev.Repo Sheet. Enter Money Market deals in MMCRS System of SBP. Assisting the Department for operation related work for money market. Prepare Daily broker-wise statement for regular shares settlement. Coordinate with Manager Settlement regarding COIs roll-over, early maturities and tax exemption related matters. Issuance of COIs and confirmations to counter-parties after completion of documentation.. To ensure that the settlements are made within the designated time on the said business day through the bank. Coordination with Head of Settlement & Head of Treasury for payment/receivable from brokers. Coordinate with Head of Settlement regarding profit coupon on Government securities//TFC. Assisting Manager Settlement for funds transfer instructions and transfer letters to Banks for transfer/arrange of funds from SBP for onwards payment to Brokers.. Assisting the Department for operation related work. Any other task required by Supervisor / Management.
