• Key technical contact person for merchants, PSPs, Payfacs and partners and responsible for customer’s payment integration full life cycle (technical pre-sales, requirement gathering, onboarding & integration support, expansion and production support) with customer first approach to provide seamless customer service experience.• Guide customers and provide consultation on payment gateway solution including web API/ SDK integration, merchant onboarding, checkout payments, 3DS authentication, tokenization, risk assessment, settlement process for merchants on acquiring platform.• Excellent in communication skills with strong ability to communicate the technical requirements, product features and solution to the technical or non-technical users in clear and simple way.• Strong technical knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, SQL, Jira and programming languages like PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.• Take full ownership of the issue resolution and troubleshoot applications in efficient manner and communicate effectively and clearly with all the customers ensuring high quality of and volume of work output.• Experience in software development, Web service APIs with strong code level troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve the customer’s issues.• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product/ Account manager, operations and engineering teams for new projects, process improvements, solution designing ranging from small merchants to complex integrations.• Passionate to learn and share knowledge, deliver presentations and demos on product features and functionalities to the customers or internal teams for knowledge sharing.
