I worked as BSS Engineer on Telenor Vega Swap project Pakistan. I was responsible for Nationwide swap activities.• Fault Management of all related BTS’s using Netnumen (Operation and Maintenance Terminal) at BSC site.• Operates ZTE RAN elements (BSCs, RNCs, BTSs, etc) via Netnumen.• Alarms Monitoring and troubleshooting and Configuration Management of RAN elements• Handles troubleshooting to solve RAN network problems (2nd line of support)• Handling the trouble tickets sent by the NMC team related to ZTE RAN• ZTE BSC sites, integration and maintenance, software version upgrade.• Provide technical support to the field engineers as well as to the Back office during troubleshooting.• Daily health check of all RAN elements (BSCs, RNCs, BTSs, NodeBs).• Making of daily alarms report and monitoring of sites for outages and service affecting alarms.• Check the visibility of sites to be swap form swap room..• Provide technical support to site engineers through remote and on-site troubleshooting to remove alarms before PAT of sites including rollout sites• Follow up project plan, attending the meetings to ensure each task is completed within its specified target date
