• Worked on a project that was about migrating a huge amount of data from a legacy system to a newly implemented CRM system as part of a digitalization approach that meets the stakeholder’s vision. - Used different Microsoft data management tools (SSMS, SSIS) to migrate the data. - Built complex SQL queries to fit the business needs and rules on the new CRM system - Implemented data quality checks for the data before migration. - Implemented ETL jobs and data pipelines to ingest the data from different data sources, make complex transformations on them that fit the new business rules.• Worked on a cloud-based project that was about migrating semi-structured data, analyzing it, and gaining useful insights from it. - Implemented ETL jobs to deal with a semi-structured data and to migrate it. - Used snowflake for creating a cloud based ODS and Data Warehouse, to stage and preprocess the data before loading it in the data warehouse. - Did a lot of visualizations on the data to gain a lot of useful insights for the business need. - Gained a lot of experience about the data engineering lifecycle like, creating a data architecture, data models, data warehouses, ODS, ETLs, etc.• Gained a lot of experiences and knowledge about lots of the latest tools and frameworks, like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake.
