• Create the company’s logistics and supply chain strategy to find cost-effective solutions.• Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.• Maintain matrices, reports, process documentation including PIB/PEB/BL/CO/SKI, training, safety records and evaluate on KPI.• Continuous improvement to solve transportation problems, logistics systems, import and export, and customer issues to make sure they run smoothly. .
