Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and target high net worth individuals and presenting them value proposition of Citi gold/Citi gold Private Clients. Presenting bank’s wealth management solutions in onshore/offshore jurisdictions andon- boarding NTB (New to Bank) clients ensuring procedural KYC & AML checks. Identifying client’s keen to have offshore account and assist them in setting up accounts in (Singapore/London/Jersey) Engaging with current set of clients and actively promote referrals to expand client base. Accountable for regular monitoring service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Has good knowledge of current economic environments, Private Banking sector and capital markets, to have meaningful discussions with Citi gold -New to Bank prospects and optimise acquisition effectiveness. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and bank assets

o Responsible for account opening, initial relationship building and managing the early customer lifecycle for New to Bank customerso To be conversant with the full range of Priority Banking products and services, to be competent in discussing Priority Banking offering to all clients, including basic banking products and services, lending products, financial advisory and asset management services. To act as an effective “trusted advisor” in the delivery of these services to his/her clients, ensuring the optimum financial solution is delivered to clients at all times.o To proactively contact customers in portfolio in order to capture higher share of wallet by cross-selling products and marketing new products and serviceso To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all timeso To be responsible for assessing customer risk tolerance and investment suitabilityo To have full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC

 Supervising Sales teams in the Citi Bank Smart Branches  Responsible for achieving team targets  Sourcing Citi Gold accounts, Credit Cards & Loans sign ups  Planning and implementation of sales strategies within sales executives and ensuring staffs are proactively performing.  Organize Companies visits for listing with Citi as bulk sourcing initiatives and future prospects. Complaints handling for servicing branch walking clients Participation in team meetings with Senior Managers, Sales Head, Marketing department heads, for sales planning and posing solutions to current challenges.
