Talent Acquisition:• To develop and update the online hiring dashboard using software or excel.• To handle all recruitment cycles i.e., collection of C. Vs (through advertisement or C.V bank).• To prepare the job description(JDs) of new team members with the coordination of their HODs.• Writing Job advertisements and selecting advertising media and vendors.• To keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-time hire, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, retention rate,etc.).• Devising, running and evaluating the selection process including interviews, and psychometric tests.• Responsible for employer branding of the organization on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, Job fairs, etc.)• Conduct exit interviews and conclude results and make appropriate improvements if necessary.Talent Management:• To conduct orientation and ensure the process of onboarding smoothly.• Improve relations with employees, the celebration of events like Independence Day, employee Birthday, employee of the month, sports gala, etc.• To draft the policies/SOPs and get them to disseminate and explain to the employees.Learning & Development:• To conduct the TNA of low-performing employees and decide by their line managers and management regarding their PIP or training (in-house/External).• To educate or deliver the E-Trainings (Purely related to their work/Machines Instructions etc.) to the blue colors.HR Operations & Total Rewards:• To Process payroll (ERP)for employees in the organization and ensure its accuracy for an audit of point of view.• To get new team members enrolled in the health insurance policy and also advise them about bank account opening.

• Maintaining attendance records up to date of office management staff & workers.• To make the personal employee files and get them enrolled in the system.• To process payroll with the coordination of the Accounts department.• To maintain and update the leaves record of employees.• To make final settlements and get them verified with the Accounts & Audit departments respectively.• To issue the show cause and warning letters to the employees.• Calling applicants for new hiring and giving the test, making sure of participation in Job fairs in different organizations.• To develop and update the letters like experience, job offer letters, appointment letters, job confirmation, termination letters, etc. Also, keep this all information in the record.• Documentation of new hires and issuance of employee cards as well.• Conducting orientation for new hires in different departments.
