• As sole Distributors of Daesung Korea, Selmore Agencies (Pvt) Ltd is registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA), for sale of Veterinary Live Stocks & Poultry Medicines, Moreover the Mylab (Pvt) Ltd is in process of Manufacturing Unit with its Site office in Bahawalpur with full Operations in LHR Head Office.• The key responsibility is to maintain Monthly, Yearly Financial Accounts• Maintenance of Daily, monthly Cash, bank & Closing Stocks Position to update the management.• Mainly Import from Korea, Netherlands & China.• Letter of Credit Opening from Bank and process it by Imports Procedures.• Keep record with Insurance Company for New L/C’s and Stocks in Store i.e. Adamjee Insurance• L/C wise, Product wise, and shipment wise updating the records to update the management• New Products Registration in record with Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA) and maintain it by date by their renewal dates of 2 years and Finished Products with 5 Years. • Checking Inventory Batch wise, Invoicing to parties using Software of Cranium Int’l.• Updating Party wise Receivable & Payable Records.• Setting Targets with Sale Team Lead (NSM) to motivate their team / distributors with Target Incentive six monthly on monthly Recovery Basis.

• Checking & booking of parties invoices & compliance with payment milestones• Assist to Manager Finance in preparation of quarterly/annual accounts.• Reconciliation of party accounts, investigating deductions from invoices & processing adjustments thereon• Preparing payment schedules, maintaining payments record & payment history• Preparation of bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis• Managing daily cash requirements on all regional offices• Co-ordination with external auditors• Preparation of Provident Fund Audited Accounts and PF Reconciliation Employee wise.• Monthly / Yearly record of Payroll in Accounting Software as well in Excel• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Inventory• E-Filling
