Perform checking for before and after activity and minimize the downtime 8. Perform Preventive Maintenance for customers on their infrastructure as a whole(including Virtualization and Hardware)9. Responsible and act as MIS Engineer for internal company IT Assets. Maintain Virtual Machine, AD and perform monthly reporting for performance. 10. Maintain overall internal IT Assets using WhatsUp Gold Network Monitoring tools and ensure overall healthiness. Perform upgrade on Monitoring Tools when needed to fix issues and vulnerabilities11. Manage and lead medium scale project for banking institution involving Monitoring Tools. Plan and execute based on user requirements. Maintain day 2 operation and provide training12. Coordinate activity and tasks between principal, vendors, distributors and contract consultants 13. Act as Technical Account Engineer for one of the banking institutions. Manage assets and contracts. As a focal point for customer to engage for any issue or engagement(Product Line Covered)-VMware-Nutanix HyperConverged-Dell, HPE, Cisco, Huawei, Lenovo-Virtualization and Hybrid Cloud

Identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.
