Coordinate issues for the smooth flow operation,Responsible for movement of goods in and out of company from suppliers to customersAnalyze all aspects of logistics to indent cost effective means of transporting products or suppliers.Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting and shipping.Review logistics performance with customers against the target, benchmarks and service agreement. Store:Monitor all Store transactions (Receiving materials from suppliers and deliveries to customers).Prepare Receiving, Delivery Notes and all other documents to submit others department for further proceeding.Maintain minimum stock level of consumable items and request for replenishment to purchase department.Maintain record of inventory transactions against job order for check & balance and variance analysis.Handle complete operational aspects in warehouse and all relate activities.Monitor stock accumulation. Transact inventory movements using inventory control system.Determine proper storage methods. Identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental and physical capabilities of facilities. Ensure FIFO is followed for all transaction.
