Planned and conducted combat engineering operations with 600 personnel. Approximately 50,000 pieces of equipment worth $5 Million AUD were engaged. Managed a fleet of over 300 vehicles with a pool of trained drivers. Handled security, OH&S, protocol and management functions of the organization. Administration of 25 engineers & 600 personnel for their duty assignments, leave, welfare, discipline, boarding and lodging and promotion matters. Maintained Army mess, generator rooms, children parks, residential areas, parking areas, shopping outlets & telephone booths. Maintenance of electronic security systems, CCTV cameras, metal, mine detectors, computer systems, nigh vision devices, communication equipment & wireless networks. Maintenance of emergency equipment & fire- fighting equipment. Managed Ice factory , Water filtration plant & provision of water systems in soldiers accommodation. Managed electric generators and provision of lighting on various functions. Maintained of children parks, soldiers accommodation, market area, recreation rooms, play grounds, indoors and out door clubs.
