Being the administrative head of the secretariat of the University providing support to the Authorities of the University to achieve predefined goals. Maintaining student & graduate records, and performing duties as custodian of the common seal of the University. Ensuring all appointments, nomination of members to the various boards, approval of faculties, departments, programs and their curriculum are in accordance with law. Holding timely meetings of all statutory boards to get required approvals as per the Charter of the University. Ensuring the Regulations are being followed to run functions of the University smoothly. Working with the relevant accreditation bodies, HEC, HED, PHEC and such other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with their guidelines. Coordinating with legal advisor of the University to resolve all legal matters effectively.

Analysing students’ retention and attrition numbers on semester basis and based on analysis reports creating innovative solutions to address all issues with pro-active approach. Developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing tactical and operational plans, and support in accordance with the University’s strategic goals, and regulatory requirements. Addressing complaints and conduct investigations as required to maintain discipline.

This also includes managing strategic relationships with stakeholders such as education institutions, government bodies and alumni. Working closely with senior academic colleagues and other University departments in delivering plans to achieve a substantial increase in enrollments across all key disciplines and markets in-line with the University’s agenda. Working for the UK’s largest financial services group as a Banking Advisor, my role was to simultaneously deal with customers of Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. I was responsible for providing banking services to the personal account holders, identifying their needs and recommending them with suitable banking products including current, saving & student accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home insurance, and general day-to-day banking tasks. Things I dealt with: • Financial assessment of customers to introduce them to a range of banking services an products that matched their needs. • Offering help and advice to the customers according to their financial circumstances.• Discussing financial difficulties with the customers to offer them suitable solutions.• Addressing complaints of customers of varying natures. By being the initial point of contact, I was identifying, reporting and resolving all matters to ensure excellent customer care and swift conflict resolution. • Making sure all the compliance policies are met by working closely with the senior managers.

Worked in the biggest Nisa supermarket in Scotland on a part-time arrangement. Dealt with hundreds of different customer on a daily basis in a busy supermarket environment. My position involved working on the computerised tills, checking stocks, and dealing with customer complaints.
