Leading the Finance Team Group Manufacture of "FMCG/Food Ingredients" and "Pharmaceutical Product", Responsibility include :- Form a close working relationship with the Managing Director, other Senior Executives and Non-Executives.- Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.- Participate as a strategic partner with senior management team in the development of sound corporate business plans and strategies.- Monitor and execute financial strategy of the Group by providing commercial insights, strategic analysis and leadership on financial reporting.- Provide guidance to the CEO on the preparation of the annual budget planning and the preparation of forecasts, trends and financial reports.- Lead Fundraising (Bank, Capital Market – “IPO, Right Issue, Bonds, Sukuk, RDPT”-, Strategic Partnership, JV and Alternative Financing – “Mezzanine Loan, Credit Fund and Private Equity”), which include: Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities, analyzing valuation and returns, Oversight of transaction due diligence, Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents, Deal structuring and other transaction related matters. Performing independent valuation for complex financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets including derivatives and structured products. Building and analyzing financial models and assessing assumptions and data which underlie the model.- Determines appropriate Capital Structure (Debt, Hybrid - Preferred and Common Shares)- Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, advisors, investment bankers, private equity, insurance, banks, government, regulator.
