- Managing QA resource to meet all test need- Arrange all documentation about all QA plan- Standardise all QA process to meet company needs.- Create automation test plan, including choosing the tool and framework.

- Managing QA team for efficient, motivated, and good test coverage- Processing QA candidate for hiring.- Clarify backlog requirement to details.- Maintaining task allocation on each backlog- Arrange release scope and schedule according to workload and resource available.- Maintain team discipline to respect the schedule.

QA Lead is the one in charge of a QA team under his/her supervision. His/her main tasks are:1. to assign tasks / builds to testers, drive them for the best commitment and performance, and make sure that the tests match both production deadline and Gameloft quality standards as stated in the applicable checklists.2. to help the QA Project Manager and be the next in line managing the project in case the QA Project manager is missing.3. Give couching and mentoring to senior tester to prepare them for the supervisor level. 4. Arrange 1on1 meeting to keep team members motivated and keeping track of their progress.
