• Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.• Develop and manage annual budget and monitor progress and present operational metrics both internally and externally as needed.• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual preparation of Financial Statements & analysis against budget.• Preparation of Five years plan• Increase income and decrease expenses through strategic planning, operational oversight and stringent financial analysis.• Ensure proper recording of Fixed Assets, Accruals and provisions• Review & submission of VAT returns KSA & UAE• Coordination for the preparation of Bank Guarantees & LCs• Financial, VAT and Zakat Audits.• Research of accounting procedures and ensuring adherence to IFRS

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. • Preparation of management information from source data• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. • Supports budget and forecasting activities. • Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. • Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements

• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company • Supervising and overseeing the matters related to Income Tax and VAT• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system. • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. • Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action. • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.Liaison with internal & external auditors for interim and final audits.

• Preparation and analysis of Final Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow).• Quantitative Accounts (Reconciliation of Company’s Stock lying at various centers across the country).• Banks Reconciliation and monitoring for balance amount in various accounts by managing receipt and payments.• Supervising and overseeing the matters related to Income Tax and VAT• Journalizing year end closing & adjusting entries and preparation of Trial Balance• Overseeing the Voucher Preparation and Posting in Computerized Accounting Module• Preparation of Payroll.• Liaison with External and Internal Auditors.
