Cell Culturing Of Blood, Bone Marrow And Amniotic Fluid, and Complete Processing and capturing Metaphases... till a Proper Karyogram Obtained.Inventory Management.Reagents.Chemicals Validation.Media Preparations and It's Sterility tests.Proper Q/C Management, Urgent Reportings , and time managements. .Following all CAP Affiliations • Performed complex analytical, chemical and technical work involved in the preparation, analysis and reporting of human biological material according to standard operation procedures.• Organize and perform daily test on clinical samples.• Establishing and monitoring programs that ensure data accuracy.• Operation and general maintenance of complex computerized analytical equipment is required for the analysis of prepared samples.• Operation and general maintenance of instrumentation include; tuning and calibration of instrumentation, cleaning and replacement of instrument parts, replenishing solvent reservoirs, instrument function checks, data backup and maintaining instrument records.• Reporting results include: generation of quantitative results using instrument manufacturer specific software and Excel software, generation of qualitative profiles Entering preliminary interpretations including case specific comments pertaining to quality of specimens and maintaining quality control and assay-specific records.Other Responsibilities:• Pro forming in process quality assurance checks.• Maintaining and updating Batch records, logbooks, Protocols, Schedules and Reports• Documentation of calibration records, temperature and humidity records.• Responsible for document management system.• Familiar with maintaining and monitoring quality program.• Knowledge of maintaining the quality of process in order to obtain authentic results.• Review and update batch reports on weekly basis.• Knowledge about GLPs and GMPs.• Training the Internees for the Lab work and Documentation
