I am responsible for prepare and reporting the Daily Efficiency and Production report to the General Manager.● Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly work &production progress report● Daily production data entry and mention machines issues in reports● As a HR Coordinator, hire and short interview of employees● Dashboard work, like posting shift schedule and leaves of employees● Email handling, read, analysis and respond the emails related to HR and Administration work.● Document control. Hiring form, resignation for, leaves form and every document related work ●Reward distribution with reference of employees performance● Deal with employee and provide employees satisfaction in any field
