->Managing all Oracle financial Accounts payable Responsibilities.->Recording A/ payable invoices for consumable store.-> Procurement for over rupees 1.2 billion only daily basis.->Recording inventory Procurement invoices for Yarn, Cotton, Fiber Greigh and processing Bills.->Ensuring Proper Matching of Store and raw material invoices in supply chain management.->Making Dispatch Report day by day activity. ->Liaison and coordination with Head Office for timely submission of reports and information.->Coordinating between HO and Mills for invoices collection and Dispatches.->Tracking invoices Details for Payment to over 1500 Suppliers.->Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of weekly cheque printing.->Reconciliation of inventory bills and store bills

->Making final settlement of employees, unpaid vouchers, shorts salary & OT vouchers, managing salary disbursement as well as major to prepare the salaries of employees.->Making records and support to senior at the time of audit.->Complete payroll management of around 8000 employees in ERP environment, including Piece Rate & Contractor employees.->Co-ordinate with Accounts/Treasury departments regarding disbursement & any dispute.->Presenting payroll data to Internal/External Auditor
