I’m in-charge of finishing area which is bottleneck of the new plant designed by Nuova Carpenteria Odolese having capacity of 400,000 TPY. Work as a team lead in Installation and Commissioning of a new Continuous Hot Rolling Mill designed by NCO. We did following tasks according to given Engineering:■ BOQ and BOM working on Cable Engineering■ Cable laying in perceptive of noise level■ Almost 30K terminations has been done of sensors and motors in limited time period■ Working on different communication modules such as ProfiBus, ProfiNET, Ethernet and Optical Fiber■ 5S implemented to stimulate production and maintenance of plant■ IO testing of plant with Italian engineers ■ Cold commissioning of plant with Italian Company NCO■ Major role played in Hot Commissioning of plant with ItaliansWork as a team lead in erection of Water Treatment Plant designed by Italian Company Sidraulic. ■ Leveraged Raspberry Pi to retrieve data from a Microcontroller, acting as an intermediary for sensors and devices, utilizing Raw Ethernet Protocol for efficient data acquisition and analysis.■ Continued efforts involved refining data packets by converting byte arrays into actionable information, enhancing data processing efficiency for engineering applications.■ Developed a GUI application utilizing Qt framework in Python, hosted on Raspberry Pi to visualize the fetched data, optimizing user interaction and facilitating efficient data analysis for engineering tasks.
