• To Assist Manager Administration Manage Security system, security policies and security staff.• Manage and coordinate pick-drop facilities for labor and other staff, coordinating with vendor, drivers for ensuring timely arrival and departure• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation• To Assist Manager in operations adhere to policies and regulations• To Supervise & Control Factory staff attendances system• Control loan and advances request from labor/ staff and forward to finance • To Assist & accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.• Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.• To supervise & Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) with Admin Officer• To Assist Manager Admin Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.• To supervise & Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems with Admin Officer.• To Assist Manager Admin and supervise Admin Officer in Coordinate and Manage the KEPZ authority, dealing with them for Gate Inn/ Gate Out, Gate Pass system, Electric & Water uninterrupted supplies, timely dues clearance of KEPZ related to above listed facilities, any dispute resolution with KEPZ.• Managing Communication system including Internet, telephone, walkie-talkie and any other. Dealing with service provider/ supplier for maintenance. • To Assist Manager Admin to maintained the system for Health and safety of all labor/ employees• Repair & Maintenance of Building, electrical fitting and other machineries including lift and lifter and to maintain the log books.
