Technical Solutions Engineer
Current- Desktop Survey for Last Mile Solution, with google earth and Garmin map source.- Providing sales technical support by online/offline meetings with sales to potential customers.- Identifying & Problem Solving on what customer needs and complaints to provide recommendations regarding existing problems with services and devices.- Conduct reviews of new customers in internal applications regarding data requests.- Internal coordination regarding potential customers to capacity design, field operations, products, partnerships and warehouses for customer needs.- Service delivery associate, request design for customer needs by email and monitoring the activation process to Record of transfer.- Product Review, providing product knowledge to the sales team for products and services.- Create design for managing service, Create HLD using visio app/draw app customer needs with clear details regarding needs.- Create BEP & BoQ, and inform sales by email according to customer needs that have previously been surveyed.- External coordination with the vendor team by email/direct call regarding procurement, installation & managing customer service projects- Request material, request prospective customer needs to the procurement/warehouse team and confirm prices from the procurement team by email.- Request 3rd party needs to the partnership team regarding sales needs for locations that cannot be covered by the company by email.
