These projects vary in nature including Development of a Housing Society, Roads in Northern Areas, Canal Restorating, Buildings etc.Responsibilities includes Work Progress Updates, Delay Analysis for identification of Likely Delays and Actual Delays, Time Impact Analysis, Critical Path Management, Variation Management, Earned Value Management, Monthly Progress Reports, Assistance in making EOT Claims and more.Apart for Project Control, developing Tender Schedules and Baseline Schedule and maintaining Baselines are also the part of this Job.

Managing schedule of Kwinana Battery Energy Storage System 2 (KBESS2) project worth more than 90 million dollars. Work includes progress updates, update package, Delay Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, Critical Path Management, change/variation Management, Weekly Report and more.Apart from that I am responsible for making target schedule for subcontractors, schedules for construction verifications, testing etc. and quantity take off for variations that comes in from client side or consultant.

• Site supervision & following up with the consultant & contractor to rectify any issue.• Assist in reviewing IPC's from the contractors.• Arranging coordination meetings with the consultant & contractor on weekly basis to get the progress updates & to address critical issues.• Hunting Tender Openings and Rate Analysis for the project.• Decision on Bid or not to Bid.• Preparation of Bids.• Having site visits to check the physical progress of the project in order to indicate the work is going on schedule & providing mitigation plans to rectify the delays if any.
