# Job Description :* In Charge of Caterpillar product (Marine engine, heavy equipment, and Generator) after sales services such as: Revisit after sales machine and engine.* Identify markets, customers’ needs, opportunities, and obtain as much as data regarding competition.* Conduct Machine & Engine Inspection (CTS-Customs Track Services and CMES-Customes Machines Engine Services) on site to ensure the unit condition.* Together with Service Department leader, We Manage, supervise and control on site execution of preventive, corrective and maintenance work to ensure procedures and standard behaviors are correctly followed,* Presenting Preventive maintenance programe, CSA (customer service agreement), and merchandising programe as a solutions to reduced maintenace cost.* Manage and monitor sales administration process (follow up quotation & maintain PO).* Responsible to monitoring financial aspect; invoice submission, follow up payment, and including Withholding Tax.# Market Coverage :* Oil And Gas, Industrial, Fabrication, Construction, Such as : PT.
