- Conducting analysis of incoming raw materials, specifically pulp, which serves as the main material in paper production, including types NBKP, LBKP, and BCTMP, by inspecting their quality based on physical properties- Analyzing the arrival of various chemicals used as raw materials in the paper production process, such as NaOH, H2O2, starch, AKD, and optical brightness agents.- Conducting analysis of limestone and its final product, ground calcium carbonate (GCC), which is used as a filler in paper, by examining solid content, viscosity, pH, particle size, and brightness levels.- Analyzing the quality of coal as a raw material for power plants by inspecting parameters such as air dry loss, inherent moisture, ash content, volatile content, sulfur content, and gross calorific value, using ASTM standards as a reference.- Operating chemical analysis instruments such as viscometers, moisture analyzers, ovens, furnaces, pH meters, as well as instruments like particle size analyzers, sulfur analyzers, and bomb calorimeters.- Accurately inputting QC inspection results into the SAP system
